1:The main body is made of steel plate with a thickness of 42mm and is synthesized by computer numerical control.
2:The core of the 105mm rubber roller is made of aluminum roller, and the surface of the rubber roller is processed and ground into static parallel debugging.
3:The 90mm guide roller is made of aluminum rollers with the same finish processing inside and outside and static parallel debugging. The left and right threaded grooves and hard oxidation treatment on the surface of the guide roller make the surface smoother and more stable, and the cutting accuracy is higher.
4:Shaftless mechanical unwinding (equipped with linear guides imported from Taiwan), the unwinding frame can move freely left and right.
5:Pneumatic brake: 400 N.m. 2 pieces, equipped with imported pneumatic proportional valve.
