This equipment is equipped with a flat-press high-precision die-cutting module, and its core material feeding and sheeting execution mechanisms are all driven and controlled by servo motors. Relying on the closed-loop feedback and precise pulse control capabilities of the servo system, it can achieve micron-level calibration of the operating trajectory, ensuring a high degree of synchronization and stability in die-cutting, material feeding, and sheeting actions. This guarantees processing accuracy from the source of transmission and effectively avoids cumulative errors associated with traditional drive methods.
In terms of the positioning and tracking system, the equipment is equipped with three sets of high-sensitivity photoelectric detection units, forming a multi-dimensional visual positioning system. This system can real-time capture the double-sided feature information and longitudinal color code benchmarks of printed labels. Through intelligent algorithms, it conducts rapid analysis and dynamic compensation of detection signals, achieving millisecond-response positioning of label positions. 
The equipment innovatively adopts an integrated full-process operation architecture. With a single material loading, it can complete the entire process operations including label die-cutting, automatic waste recycling, precise finished product sheeting, and neat roll rewinding, forming a closed-loop production process from raw material input to qualified finished product output.
In terms of material adaptability, the equipment possesses broad-spectrum material processing capabilities and can efficiently complete the die-cutting processing of various high-value-added labels such as adhesive labels, terylene film trademarks, and laser anti-counterfeiting trademarks. Its die-cutting pressure and speed can be intelligently adjusted according to material characteristics (such as film thickness, adhesive viscosity, and anti-counterfeiting coating hardness), ensuring that all processed materials maintain a high-quality state with flat edges, no adhesive overflow, and no damage.
