Ceramic anilox roller is a high-precision ink transfer tool for printing, mainly used for flexographic printing, and has the ability to transfer ink evenly. Its surface is specially treated to form a mesh structure composed of countless small pits, which can evenly spread the ink on the paper, solving the problem of uneven ink that may occur in traditional anilox rollers
Structural features
The surface of the ceramic anilox roller is evenly distributed with many tiny concave holes of the same shape. These ink holes are generally carved along a 45° direction with the axis. Common ink hole shapes include quadrangular pyramids, quadrangular prisms, hexagonal prisms, trapezoidal cross-section oblique lines, and additional channel ink holes. Hexagonal prism-shaped ink holes are often used in engraving because of their large opening and good ink transfer performance
